PCH环锤式破碎机

环锤破碎机是一种带有环锤的冲击式转子破碎机，物料进入破碎腔后，首先受到高速旋转的环锤的冲击作用而破碎，被破碎的物料同时从环锤处获得动能，高速度地冲向破碎板，受到第二次破碎后落到筛板上。再次受到环锤的剪切，挤压，和物料的相互研磨，进一步破碎并通过筛板孔排除，不能破碎的杂物进入收入器定期排除。本系统破碎机适用于破碎抗压强度不大于150Mpa，表面水分不大于15%的脆性物料，广泛应用于建材、冶金、化工、火力发电等部门中碎或细碎煤、煤矸石、焦炭、石灰石、磷矿石、硫铁矿石、褐铁矿石等。
Granulator is impulse type rotor one with ring-type hammer.After material entering into crushing chamber,it will be crushed by the impact effect of hgh-speed-rotating ring-type hammer.By getting kinetic energy of ring-type hammer at same time,the crushed materials rush at breaking plate in high speed.After second crush,they fall on the screen plate.After cut and extrusion by ring-type hammer and rubbing with each other,the materials are crushed again and then removed from the screen plate hole.The sundries that can not be crushed goes into collector will be removed regularly.This series crusher applies to the brittle material with compressive strength no more than 150Mpa and surface moisture no large than 15%.This crusher is widely used in the secondary and fine crushing of coal,coke,limestone,phosphorite,sulfur iron ore,limonite and so on in such departments of building material,metallurgy,chemical industry,thermal power and so on. |
